Note: The original RTR 200 4V launched in 2016 with a carburettor — that carb model does not have or need a fuel pump. This eAuto assembly is for FI-equipped (2017–2018 onwards) variants only. Every unit is tested for correct fuel pressure output and electrical function before dispatch from eAuto.co.in. eAuto Key Specs: 197.75cc Oil-Cooled 4V | RTR 200 4V FI BS4 + BS6 | 2017/18–Present | ABS + Race Edition 2.0 | Complete Assembly ✅ eAuto Verified Fitment — Fits These Models Model Year Range Engine TVS Apache RTR 200 4V BS4 FI ABS 2017/2018–2019 197.75cc, Oil-Cooled, 4V, FI, Slipper Clutch, Dual-Ch ABS, 5-Speed TVS Apache RTR 200 4V ABS Race Edition 2.0 BS4 2018–2019 197.75cc, Oil-Cooled, 4V, FI, Slipper Clutch, Dual-Ch ABS, 5-Speed TVS Apache RTR 200 4V BS6 2020–Present 197.75cc, Oil-Cooled, 4V, RT-Fi, GTT, Slipper Clutch, ABS, Ride Modes, 5-Speed TVS Apache RTR 200 4V BS6 Dual-Ch ABS 2020–Present 197.75cc, Oil-Cooled, 4V, RT-Fi, GTT, Slipper Clutch, Dual-Ch ABS, Ride Modes TVS Apache RTR 200 4V TFT Cluster 2022–Present 197.75cc, Oil-Cooled, 4V, RT-Fi, GTT, Slipper Clutch, Dual-Ch ABS, TFT, Ride Modes ⚠ Does NOT Fit — Do Not Order For These Models Model Reason TVS Apache RTR 200 4V Carb BS3/BS4 (2016–2017) Carburettor model — no fuel pump in the system. Package Contents 1 Set × eAuto Fuel Pump Assembly for TVS Apache RTR 200 4V FI (2017/2018–Present) ⚠️ When to Replace If your TVS Apache RTR 200 4V FI is showing any of these symptoms, the fuel pump may need replacement. The 200 4V is the most performance-oriented model in the Apache lineup — fuel pressure consistency is critical for the ride mode system to function correctly. No priming buzz on ignition — The pump should prime briefly every time you turn the key. No buzz = pump motor failure. Most definitive indicator on the RTR 200 4V. Ride modes not responding as expected — The Sport, Urban, and Rain ride modes on BS6 models adjust throttle response based on fuel delivery. An inconsistent pump prevents the modes from delivering the intended power characteristics. SmartXonnect/Bluetooth showing fuel consumption anomalies — The RTR 200 4V's SmartXonnect system tracks fuel usage. Abnormal consumption
