The FZ-S V3 BS4 updated the styling and chassis over the V2 but introduced a new fuel tank and pump module (OEM: B4G-E3907-00), distinct from both the V2 (2GS) and the BS6 V3 (B9P). This was a short production window — January to October 2019 — but these bikes are still on Indian roads. Every unit is tested for correct fuel pressure output and electrical function before dispatch from eAuto.co.in. eAuto Key Specs: 149cc Air-Cooled FI | FZ-S V3 BS4 | Jan–Oct 2019 Only | OEM Ref: B4G-E3907-00 ✅ eAuto Verified Fitment — Fits These Models Model Year Range Engine Yamaha FZ-S V3 BS4 Jan 2019–Oct 2019 149cc, Air-Cooled, SOHC, 2-Valve, FI, BS4, 5-Speed ⚠ How to identify if you have a BS4 V3: The FZ-S V3 was sold in BS4 form from January 2019 to October 2019. The symptoms are the same as any FI fuel pump failure: No priming buzz on ignition — Turn the key and listen for ~2 seconds of pump pre-pressurisation. No buzz means pump motor failure. Hard cold starts — Multiple cranks needed before the engine fires on cold mornings. Stalling at low fuel levels — Clogged strainer causing stalling at idle when the tank is nearly empty. Throttle hesitation — Brief stutter when opening the throttle from standstill. FI warning light — Low fuel pressure ECU fault code illuminates the FI warning indicator. Installation Notes Identify your variant first: Confirm your bike was purchased between January and October 2019. If purchased from November 2019 onwards, your bike is a BS6 model requiring a different pump — see the eAuto FZ V3 BS6 listing. Tank Access: Full tank removal is required. Depressurise the fuel system by running the engine until it stalls before disconnecting any
