Package Contents 1 Set × eAuto Fuel Pump Assembly for Yamaha MT-15 V1/V2 / R15 V4 (2019–Present) ⚠️ When to Replace If your Yamaha MT-15 or R15 V4 is showing any of these symptoms, the fuel pump assembly may need attention. The 155cc BS6 VVA engine is sensitive to fuel pressure variations — early replacement prevents bigger problems. VVA not engaging cleanly at 7,400 RPM — The R15 V4 and MT-15 VVA system requires consistent fuel pressure to activate correctly. A weakening pump causes a flat spot instead of the characteristic surge at the VVA crossover point. No priming buzz on ignition — The pump should buzz briefly when you turn the key. Silence means the motor isn't activating — most common and definitive failure indicator. Traction control (R15 V4 / R15M) activating abnormally — Inconsistent fuel pressure can cause RPM fluctuations that trigger the traction control system unnecessarily — especially noticeable at low speeds. Engine stalls in stop-and-go traffic — Strainer clogging starves the engine
