Built for Riders. eAuto Fuel Pump Assembly for Yamaha R15 V3 (2018–2021) | BS4 & BS6 | YZF-R15 Version 3.0 | 155cc VVA Liquid-Cooled FI The eAuto fuel pump assembly covers the complete Yamaha R15 V3 generation — both the BS4 version (launched January 2018) and the BS6 version (launched December 2019). The V3 introduced a new 155cc engine with VVA (Variable Valve Actuation) technology, and both BS4 and BS6 variants share the same fuel tank architecture and pump specifications. The eAuto assembly is a direct fit for all R15 V3 variants including ABS and non-ABS. Every unit is tested for correct fuel pressure output and electrical function before dispatch from eAuto.co.in. eAuto Key Specs: 155cc Liquid-Cooled VVA FI | R15 V3 BS4 + BS6 | 2018–2021 | ABS & Non-ABS | Complete Assembly ✅ eAuto Verified Fitment — Fits These Models Model Year Range Engine Yamaha YZF-R15 V3 BS4 2018–2019 155cc, Liquid-Cooled, SOHC, VVA, FI, 6-Speed Yamaha YZF-R15 V3 BS4 ABS 2019 155cc, Liquid-Cooled, SOHC, VVA, FI, 6-Speed, Single-Ch ABS Yamaha YZF-R15 V3 BS6 2020–2021 155cc, Liquid-Cooled, SOHC, VVA, FI, BS6, Dual-Ch ABS ⚠ Does NOT Fit — Do Not Order For These Models Model Reason Yamaha R15 V1 (2008–2011) 149cc platform — different engine and tank Yamaha R15 V2 / R15 S (2011–2017) 149cc platform — different fuel system Yamaha R15 V4 (2021–Present) Updated BS6 platform with different fuel tank — eAuto makes a separate assembly Yamaha MT-15 V1 (2019–2021) MT-15 V1 uses the same 155cc engine BUT a different fuel tank — separate product required Yamaha MT-15 V2 (2022–Present) Different platform — not compatible Technical Specifications Brand eAuto — Trusted by Mechanics. Package Contents 1 Set × eAuto Fuel Pump Assembly for Yamaha R15 V3 BS4 / BS6 (2018–2021) ⚠️ When to Replace If your Yamaha R15 V3 is showing any of these symptoms, the fuel pump assembly may need replacement. The V3's VVA system is sensitive to fuel pressure variation — a weakening pump will affect VVA performance before full failure occurs. VVA not engaging at high RPM — The R15 V3's Variable Valve Actuation activates around 7,400 RPM. Insufficient fuel pressure from a weakening pump prevents proper VVA function — you'll notice a flat spot instead of the usual surge at high RPM. No priming buzz on ignition — Turn the key and listen for the pump pre-pressurising. No buzz = pump motor failure. Most common early warning sign. Stalling at low fuel levels — Sediment concentration in a nearly empty tank clogs the strainer and causes stalling at idle — common in city-ridden R15 V3 bikes. Hard cold starts — An ageing pump builds pressure slowly after overnight parking, requiring several cranks before the engine fires on cold mornings. Hesitation on throttle opening — Inconsistent fuel pressure at the injector causes a brief stumble when rolling on the throttle from low speed. eAuto Tip: R15 V3 bikes from 2018 are now 6–7 years old. The 155cc VVA engine demands consistent fuel pressure to function correctly — a marginal pum
